A self-help group, or its federation, owns the drones. One member trains as the pilot, another as the assistant. Namo Drone Didi's published income goal is at least Rs 1 lakh a year per group, and only 500 drones reached self-help groups in 2023-24 against a 15,000 target (PIB). We do not promise income.
